TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We always carry top quality products which have been approved by our technical staff. This lets us sell our products with total confidence. However, as with all machine made products some repair work might become necessary and the following terms apply:
- 30 days even exchange without any restock fees for any of our products.
- You may upgrade or downgrade an item within 30 days of purchase as long as the originally purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging.
- There is a restocking fee for products returned for refund that are not defective. We usually charge a minimum 15% restocking fee in this case.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
- Most products come with a one year warranty (90 days parts and labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Multi-System TVs from any brand do not carry any manufacturer warranty. Still we back TVs with a 90 days parts and labor repair warranty. Customer must ship the TV back at their own expense.
- Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged must be sent to Voltage Converter Transformers freight prepaid by customer. We will usually ship the product back to customer at no charge. Repair charges may apply if an item is out of warranty, mishandled or abused in any way. We will inform the customer if any repair charges apply to the defective product before repair is done.
- Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes and/or customs for orders shipped outside the USA.
- We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
- Please report any shipment loss or damage to the delivery company and to us within 2 weeks of receiving the ordered item(s).
- Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs. Although we cannot guarantee a free repair all the time. We do guarantee that we will do our best to service the item in question for low cost or even no cost to you even after the warranty period is over.
