The following
terms and conditions apply:
- You MUST obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning
items. Please e-mail
returns@voltage-converter-transformers.com
or call 1-800-892-5595 to speak with a Customer Service
Representative to obtain an RA number. We cannot accept returns
without an RA.
- Electronic items must be returned in their original packaging.
You must include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts
to obtain a full refund. Replacement cost of any missing items will
be deducted from your credit. The following items are not acceptable
for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by
manufacturers' service centers: Televisions (all sizes), dvds, vcrs,
amplifiers, CD changers.
- If you wish to return a product for any other reason, we will
gladly accept the return no questions asked! Your merchandise must
be sent within 15 days of your receipt. No collect shipments will be
accepted. We will ship a replacement product or refund your money,
whichever you prefer. Merchandise returns of large items that must
be shipped by freight or that are custom-made will be assessed a 25%
restocking fee. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items
unless they were defective or were shipped incorrectly.
- We request that you ship returns via UPS; we will advise you of
the correct address. If you must ship by a carrier other than UPS,
call us at 1-800-892-5595 before you ship. To protect yourself
against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend that you insure the
product(s) for their full value.
- The following items are not acceptable for credit, refund, or
exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers' service centers:
Televisions (all sizes), dvds, vcrs, amplifiers, CD changers. To
locate a service center near you, please refer to your product
manual or call us at 1-800-892-5595 for assistance.
- Products which are improperly packaged and do not include
manufacturers box will be refused. The merchandise must come back
packed in the brown box it was shipped with the shipping label on it.
Do not stick the shipping label on the manufacturer's box.
- The paid shipping fee will not be refunded. Shipping fee will
not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery or returned
due to invalid shipping address.
- All LCD TV/Plasma TV received damaged/defective/DOA must
be reported within 72 hours after delivery to qualify for
return/exchange. Please contact manufacturer for warranty
after 72 hours.
Note: Electronic equipment that has been installed,
scratched or abused will not be accepted for return or credit.
